Which line to take to get to ShinImamiya

Our hotel is at Shin-Imamiya Station and was wondering which line to take.
I was considering buying a ICOCA & HARUKA card but Hyperdia says it would only cost: 920
via Nankai Airport Exp: Take time: 42 Minutes Transfer: 0 Times Distance: 41.4 km Total:\ 920(TicketFare:\ 920 Seat Fee:\ 0)
Does this mean getting the Haruka card isn't worth it?

Don't get the Haruka ticket; it can't be used on the Nankai line.

Thanks!
Have another quesiton:
Also, how come the unreserved seat of HARUKA has a fee of 650? What's the difference between that and Nankai unreserved (aside from the route/line). Do trains have seats in Nanka?
B) Take time: 39 Minutes Transfer: 1 Times Distance: 47.0 km Total:\ 1,710(TicketFare:\ 1,060 Seat Fee:\ 650)

HARUKA is Limited express train, you have to pay extra for speed (it has comfortable seats as well) even you don't reserve a seat. In your case 650 yen. Often bus is cheaper, but sometimes there are bad traffic and the trip might take longer, while the train is always on time.
