From Haneda via bus to Tokyo Dome hotel

I hv a friend who will be going to Tokyo and taking overnight flight arriving at 7am at Haneda airport. We found out that earliest bus service to Tokyo Dome hotel starts at around 10.20am. Is there any earlier bus service that goes to some where near Tokyo Dome and then she can either walk or take a taxi? Thank you
