Need advise on 5-6 days in Kansai & Tokyo 2014/10/31 10:50
I (solo traveller) arrive kansai airport on 18 Nov 11am.
Checkin Hotel Kaga [Address: Nishinari-ku Haginochaya Nishinari].
18 Nov 2pm - Osaka castle,
18 Nov 6pm-10pm - Aquarium & Tempozan Ferris Wheel,
19 Nov - USJ[whoel day],
20 Nov - Nara, then evening take shinkansen to Tokyo,
In Tokyo will stay at First Inn Kyobashi easy to go fish market the next day 3am,
After fish market, go to Soka centre,
21 Nov night time take shinkansen back to Osaka,
22-23 Nov in Kyoto [2 days to view autumn leaves],
Is this itinerary work?
I will buy 7 days JP pass. Should I buy those one day or two days pass in osaka and kyoto as well?
My flight back to Singapore is on 24 Nov 9.30am, can I stay overnight at kansai airport? Is there big lockers in kansai airport for my luggage as i plan to go around the airport the night before?

Thanks

Why would you include Tokyo at all in this itinerary?

Is there any reason that you really had to include Tokyo in? Seems like a real waste of time not to mention the money.

I recommend to focus on Kansai area with the little amount of time you have.

Ah that make sense then, if your trip mainly around the town without further trip, I do not think other passes are required. IC card such as Icoca, Suica etc should be sufficient.

Probably except for Kyoto trip where their bus will not have IC card system installed yet during your trip. Depending your preference and intend, a day pass might be good. (I always buy Kansai Surutto CARD off the machines in station, it is a prepaid card where you buy a certain value, 1000-5000 Yen, and use it as it goes. A little similar to old bus/MRT card in Singapore before implementation of IC card. )

That hotel in Nishinaru-ku looks like a place for itinerant laborers.

Is it worth to purchase those Osaka Amazing Pass or One-Day Pass in order to get dicount to enter designated sightseeing spots in stead of those pre-paid card?

I know the hotel in osaka, the surrounding got lots of homeless people sleep on the street.
But since I am a guy so don't think is a problem to me.
Is that hotel super near to train station? such that just a few steps from train station?

It's about a 4 minute walk from either Dobutusenmae or Shin Imamiya stations.
