Weekly apartment in Osaka and Tokyo

In February and March, I will be Osaka for about 3 weeks and Tokyo for 2 weeks. The accommodation I am looking for is a whole apartment like that offered by Sakura House in Tokyo.

I have had a wonderful experience with Sakura House in my last trip which I stayed in Tokyo for 5 weeks. I'm finding it more difficult for my upcoming trip as I will be in Osaka and Tokyo for less than a month, and most companies only offer apartments for minimum a month.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been looking at airbnb, but the prices aren't very competitive compared to monthly apartments. Thanks.

How about FlexStay Inn (not Hotel MyStays)?
Small rooms have no kitchen, though.

Thanks for the suggestion! The apartment in Osaka looks good. The apartments in Tokyo however are either in a good location, and very expensive, or far away from everything and be a good price.
