Christmas Eve in Japan is date night. What exactly are you looking for? A club or bar? A nice restaurant? Some nice lights to look at? A Christmas display? Etc.

As far as I know Christmas isn't that big in Japan. My bet on the best Christmas-like atmosphere will be an Irish or British pub. You can find some in Namba or Umeda. Maybe HUB or Blarney Stone has something going on. You should check their facebook pages.
