Tazawako Station - Tsurunoyu Onsen

I have a plan to Tsurunoyu onsen on 12/13 Apirl. But the bus begins to run from June 1 to October 31 (according to below link)

Can i get there by another public transportation or not?

This only applies to the bus with a * mark, all the others run every day.
