Mt. Fuji/World Heritage Excursion Ticket

We are planning to get the Mt. Fuji/World Heritage Excursion Ticket + Fujikyu Line Set.
Does it pay off if we plan to tour around Kawaguchi-ko on the first day, then go to Yamanaka-ko on the second day?
We are not quite sure if it is feasible to tour Sai-ko in the morning then go to Yamanaka-ko in the afternoon since we have to go back to Tokyo afterwards.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
