Fuji-Subaru Fifth Station

I'll be visiting Mount Fuji from 23-25 November. As we are driving a rental car, I'm thinking if we should drive up to Fuji-Subaru Fifth Station or should we take the bus up. Wondering if anyone knows what the roads will be like during this period. My rental car does not come with snow tires.

Depends on road conditions.
Last year Nov not full open some days by ice or snow.

Subaru line tollgate open 9:00-17:00,18:00(for down) closed.

通行止 (road closed) 路面凍結(by ice) 積雪(by snow)
