I will be travelling to Mount Rokko in 22 November 2014 & get 1 day Hanshin Tourist Mount Rokko ODKAKE ticket include of bus 16 + Mount Rokko cable + Sanjo bus to Rokko Terrace Garden.please assist my following queries:

- I can't search any of the bus 16 timetable, they operate over weekend?
I will be taking from Mikage Station.
Actually I found one but I don't understand the route?

-After Mount Rokko, I plan to go Harbolane & travel from Rokkomachi station?? Can I use back the same route while travelling to mount rokko station??

Question:
1) using same bus stop which I alight at mount rokko cable shita stn??
2) using the same bus 16 back to the station??
3) or any taxi which can take us to harboland?? Very costly??

Lastly regard of the train station:

Question:

1) I will be taking subway from Nippobashi (my apartment station) to Osaka stn using ICOCA prepaid & will be transfer to special rapid or limited express to kyoto (During Train transfer on different transport,do I need to exit from the IC gate & re-entry to automatic gate for limited express??

Many thanks in advance & await your assist soon.

"ODEKAKE Set" covered until Kobe-Sannomiya stn
by Hankyu[γ‹}] or Hanshin[γ_] railway from Hanshin-Mikage stn both.

2nd Q
1) Need touching each railway ticket gates.
Nipponbashi to Umeda(Not JR Osaka) by Osaka city subway(Not JR rail).
JR Osaka to JR Kyoto by JR-West rail (Not shinkansen).

But Nipponbashi is not so far to JR Namba stn by walk.
So JR Namba to JR Kyoto via JR Osaka(transfer stn) no need touching.
BC by JR-West rail all. http://www.hyperdia.com/en/ [uncheck "shinkansen"]

NIPPONBASHI to KYOTO 2014/11/13 12:36
From NIPPONBASHI take the Sennichimae subway, go 1 stop to NAMBA.
Change to the Midosuji subway, go 7 stops to SHIN-OSAKA station (much easier to change to the Kyoto trains there than at OSAKA station).
Also there is no subway station named OSAKA. There are several other stations there, but they all have Umeda in their name.
Use the ICOCA card when you enter the subway at NIPPONBASHI and when you get out at SHIN-OSAKA.
