osaka airport to city late night

we arrive 2 people from bangkok on the 24/12 late 22:40 to osaka- how can we get to osaka city? apa hotel higobashi ekimaer? JR train still operate? bus?thanks

To: HIGOBASHI

The last Nankai Airport Express to Namba departs 23:29. Last Nankai local train departs 23:40. From Namba, take the subway to Higobashi (or taxi).

you probably arrive at KIX (Kansai international airport), and it is different from Osaka airport (domestic).

I think there is no subway train at that late time.(not confirmed yet)
you can catch the bus from KIX to JR Osaka station(Hervis Osaka).

it start at 23:30, 0:30, and 01:30 at KIX airport. after you arrive at Hervis Osaka, you may walk to your hotel probably for 10-20 min(go to south-west direction). or catch taxi.
December is very cold especially at night. you prepare to coldness.(maybe 5 degrees or less).
