how to go to nagano from kawaguchiko

I plan to visit kawaguchiko from tokyo and then continue to nagano (yudanaka) from kawaguchiko to see the snow monkey. I arrive in tokyo on28th february and plan to kawaguchiko and yudanaka on 1st of march.
my questions are, how to get kawaguchiko from tokyo and the cheapest accomodation to get there?
how to get yudanaka from kawaguchiko, and what time is the best for me to leave kawaguchiko and gp to nagano (how long it takes to yudanaka from kawaguchiko).

Somehow, you need to get to Tokyo to catch the bullet train to Nagano. From Nagano, I think you need to take another (private?)rail to Yudanaka.
