Do I need it buy ticket in advance, I plan to go Disneyland n Disneysea on Dec 15 and 16.

You will be fine. I took my nephew to Disney Sea around the same time last year and did not have too many problems. My biggest hint is to go earlier in the day or stay a little bit later into the night as it's quieter at those times. Also - don't forget to use the fast pass system as some rides take ages to wait for.
