Where to buy tickets for limo bus at Namba

I have an early morning flight to catch at Kansai and plan to take the airport limousine bus from Namba (OCAT) at 0610 or 0640. Can I buy my tickets at the bus terminal itself? Is it open in the early morning?

You may buy tickets at the terminal counter; it is open from 0430.
