Question about trains in Japan

Question about trains in Japan! I am traveling from Kansai to Kyoto, Kyoto to Osaka and then Osaka to Kansai and was wondering what would be the best (and cheapest) way to do this? Would the ICOCA + Haruka package be a good deal for this travel? Since I am going to Kyoto and then leaving from Osaka, could I use the round trip package? Also, I am going from JR Fukushima station to Kansai when I leave and was wondering if the ICOCA works for that. Thanks for the help!! These trains are confusing...

Yes, you can use the Icoca & Haruka round-trip. The Haruka part would cover KIX-Kyoto and Fukushima-KIX, and for Kyoto-Osaka you can use the Icoca.

No operate Haruka from Fukushima(Osaka, too) just covered rapid(not LtdExp) and local also to KIX.
Yes, but contrary to what its name implies, the Haruka part of the Icoca & Haruka package actually works on any JR train between KIX and the greater Osaka area.
