Narita to Haneda transfer after 10 pm

I am arriving at 8:30 pm. and I am expecting 1 hour and half to get thru immigration and get luggage. Would like to get to Monorail before last trip. Does anyone know how long it will take me to get from Narita Airport to the Monorail terminal. Or does anyone have any suggestions for me to get to Haneda airport. My flight our is not till 9:30 am but I really don't want to get a hotel room and I don't really want to take an expensive cab ride. Thanks!!
