I am staying in Tokyo from Dec 11-20, which one is more suitable for me, the paso card or Metro/subway 3 days pass.

Buy both.

No Metro/subway 3 days pass
"Tokyo Subway Ticket" is so.

In Tokyo subway means "Toei" and "Metro" different railway campany.
