Are the roads connecting matsumoto and hakuba disrupted after the recent earth quake?
Any problem in driving around hakuba in the coming weeks as I have planned to travel around in hakuba?

Several roads in the village are damaged. Some are closed, others are one-direction traffic. But among the major roads only the national route 148 north of the village center, national route 406 west of the village center and prefectural route 33 south of the village center are closed. In the center itself, there is very little damage to the roads.
