Sounzan to Gotemba Premium outlet

I plan to visit Gotemba Premium Outlet in early December on a weekday. I am staying in Sounzan area. Can you tell me how to travel from Sounzan to Gotemba premium outlet. I hope to reach the outlet at 10am and leave for Shinjuku at about 3pm. Can you also advise how to go Shinjuku from Gotemba Premium outlet? If possible, let me know the bus or train schedule.
