1) what is the weather like in February (mid)?
2) tokyo to osaka
do they have train late at night?
3) is it worth it to get the jr pass?
i know i ask alot of question....i appriciate if u can help me..

The last JR-Pass-compatible Shinkansen from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka currently leaves Tokyo at 20:03 and arrives in Shin-Osaka at 23:16. The last Shinkansen (which is not suitable for the JR Pass) leaves Tokyo at 21:20 and arrives in Shin-Osaka at 23:45.

It can be very cold that time of year, bitterly cold if it gets windy. It can snow, though I reckon it feels warmer once it does. Wear clothes as though you are going to the snow.
