Haneda to Hakone to Shinjuku

Hi all need your advice on
1. Is it worth purchase Hakone free pass base on the below itinerary.
2. My itinerary:
Arrive Haneda at 5.30am. Going to Hakone. Book my hotel with Hotel Green Plaza. SHould I take ODAKYU BUS? From the timetable can someone pls advise if the 1st bus is 8.05am from Termina 1?
It is too early for us to check in the hotel, so we thought of going to Gotemba first then take a afternoon bus to the hotel?
I will be staying 2 night in Hakone, then from there I will go shinjuku (Sunroute Shinjuku hotel) by the romance train. Do I have to prebooked the train ticket?
Pls advise. Thanks

Pass no sales at and not covered from airport
also Hakone to Shinjuku if "Odawara stn ver.".
Bus timetable airport web annouced read again.
