Yes, if you use JR trains, you can use the JRP to do the journey. The fastest is probably to take the Shonan-Shinjuku and Gotemba Line via Kozu. Taking the shinkansen via Mishima could also be fast but requires more transfers.
Note that the direct Asagiri limited express trains are not fully covered by the JRP because they use Odakyu tracks for over half of the journey.
