Getting to Hotel Gujo Hachiman

We have booked a night stay at Hotel Gujo Hachiman on 27 Dec but are not sure how to get there from Takayama.
The hotel is along the highway and doesn't have a website or email where we could contact for assistance. Does anyone know if the hotel operates a shuttle and where to take this?
We are taking the bus from Takayama and not sure if we should get off the town centre, the bus interchange or Gujo Hachiman IC. Any info is much appreciated. Thank you!

this is their website http://www.chitora.co.jp/they have a shuttle that will pick you up at Gujohachiman station; call the hotel at 0575-63-2311 if it's not there when you arrive.
