Hi, I am from Indonesia. I will travel with my husband on may 2015, we are at our late 20. This is our first time to japan n maybe we won't return again to japan. So I need suggestion where should we visit in Japan. We arrive at Kansai on Friday 8 may morning and will depart from Haneda on Wednesday 13 may midnight. So we have 6 days full in Japan. We like to see culture, nature, modern, and spend 1 day full in disneysea also. We want to go as many place we can go, stay at different accomodation, n we dont mind fast pace... Can u give us the best of japan to visit?

Hi, I am from Indonesia. Hi there!
I will travel with my husband on may 2015, we are at our late 20. This is our first time to japan That's nice. n maybe we won't return again to japan. :(
So I need suggestion where should we visit in Japan. Sure
6 Days is not much.
Can u give us the best of japan to visit?
The best of Japan in 6 Days from Osaka to Tokyo would be:
Day 1 Kansai Airport Enter Osaka city Go to Osaka Station City in the day for food and shopping Go to Domtombori in the night for food and shopping
Day 2 Go to Kyoto City Day time Bus to Visit Kinkakuji Walk to Visit Ryoanji Garden Train to Visit Tenryuji Eat at Tenryuji Walk to Visit Bamboo forest Night time Visit Gion Visit Fushimi Inari
Day 3 Day Go to Tokyo Visit Meiji Shrine Walk to Visit Harajuku Visit Omotesando Afternoon Shop and eat at Shinjuku Night Shop and eat at Shibuya
Day 4 Use the two days Nikko Pass Visit Oku-Nikko and Nikko See much nature and culture
Day 5 Same as above Return to Tokyo at night Try to stay at a hotel near DisneySEA
Day 6 Full day DisneySEA
Day 7 midnight Fly off

So, you should do something like
8 F (Osaka)/(Nara)/Kyoto 9 Sa Kyoto 10 Su Shirakawa Go (minshuku?) 11 M Alpine route 12 Tu (Fuji-san)/Tokyo 13 W Tokyo / Disney
Just drop Nikko from Joshua's plan and add your desires...

Shirakawa-go can be seen and walked in two hours. Three is it is full winter.
Alpine route can be completed in a day.
So to answer your question: Yes. There is enough time.

Shirakawa-go can be seen and walked in two hours. Three is it is full winter.Sure, but it is better done in an overnight at a minshuku. It's a completely different experience, and there's a reason why its the top rated attraction among hundreds listed on this site: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5952.html
