Japanese cute goat character?

I remember several years ago I received some stationery cards from a Japanese friend from Japan, it had a cartoon character of a goat or serow with a sidekick ghost character, the ghost character wore a tall pointed "curious george style" hat, but I cannot remember the name of the characters, does anyone know the name of this goat/serow drawing/character?

I knew about the Moomins and I knew they are Finnish, but no it is not the Moomin characters that I am talking about :(

oh and it is not a Heidi character either :( I think the character that is not used in animation films but rather on stationery and stickers. but thanks for trying to help even though it was not the character I am looking for.

I decided to make a basic drawing of one of the characters since probably my description is so vague to ask on its own, I cannot draw a goat so I just used an image of a goat that it looked like:

agma- It's not those either, yes really he is a triangular shape but he was taller and skinnier than those examples you gave and his body was white not yellow and his hat was wider than that example. Also the second example you shown is a deer not goat. Thank you for trying to help, even if it was not the correct character. I moved where I lived and that is how I lost my stationery otherwise I would of just shown an actual photo of it and it would of been easier to get the answer.
