Purchase tickets Gotemba outlet to shinjuku

hi!

Are there ticket stations at Gotemba Outlets to purchase one way tickets back to shinjuku? Seems like people purchase 2 way this no need to purchase them there while going back, if anyone can advice :)

No bus ticket office in Outlet.

It appears you easiest option is to take free bus to Gotemba station from Outlets, catch the JR Gotemba Line train to Matsuda (30mins) Y500
get out and walk to Shin Matsuda station 5mins, and catch the Odakyu Odawara Line express to Shinjuku (85mins) Y780. As the earlier poster said call the Outlets office and make sure you can get on the bus, otherwise it will have to be a taxi to the station, The rest is very straight forward.

I forgot to mention this train is reserved seats only, which you can access from your smartphone to e-romance car bookings, no printed ticket needed, page shown. There are 4 Asagari trains a day in the weekend that go directly from Gotemba station, but imagine they would be heavily booked.
