Kamikochi, Kurobe Alpine Route & Kurobe-kyo 2014/12/22 23:34
I wish to visit the above 3 places in May in a total of 20 days in Japan. I will arrive in Osaka and leave at Nagoya and will be visiting Kyoto and Tokyo 3 days each. The remaining days will be for the above plus Yamagata for the Dewa Sanzan.
This trip, I wish to avoid taking trains and mainly use the Willer Express pass.

I have made some research but just can't figure out what's the best direction to go for the 3 Places above and how to join them at the minimum transport costs and without back tracking.

Where will you suggest I can visit along the way if I have extra time ? I don't wish to go Kanazawa, Takayama, Matsumoto, Kiso or Shokawa Valley unless I must pass by. Is there any nice onsen town or small town ?

Consider Nohi Bus.

The cost of Alpine Route from Toyama to Ogizawa is 9490 yen. See official site.
