osaka hotel best western or nikko

I am hoping to get help in deciding which hotel to choose in osaka.
we are planning on going to uji and kobe aside from going around osaka. Other hotels are sold out in april 2015. We have hotel nikko or best western fino osaka to choose from. Which hotel has a better location? We love to be near restaurants.
