if i sending my luggage from Toyama in the morning before 6 am, can we receive my luggage in Tokyo at the night?
If can't, if i sending the night before can we receive it the night after?

The standard is next-day delivery, not the same day.
And as the closing time (luggage/parcel collection time) varies from one place to another so I cannot say for sure if sending it out "at night" is enough for delivery the next evening. You need to ask at your hotel (or a convenience store) when their dispatch time is.
