GuestHouse & Onsen in Tokyo

Hello,

We be in Tokyo for 5 nights and like to know if there are any good and cheap ryokan / guest house inn to recommend?

Also are there any onsen in Tokyo?

I know there are several onsens in Tokyo, but the only one I've actually been to is Oedo Onsen Monogatari - it's in Odaiba, pretty accessible from Tokyo. Quite fun too for me! Especially when bringing a first time onsen-dipper to Tokyo, that's where I'll always head! :)
