Hanami 2015 at Kawaguchi-ko

Hi... I'm David from Indonesia.
I'm planning to go to Kawaguchi-ko on April 2015 with my family.
When is the right time ( date ) to 'Hanami' ?
I'm trying to find the forecast for 2015, but can't find it.
Can you help me ?

Before answering your question I have to admit to that it is impossible to tell when cherry blossoms will bloom.
So I have good news and bad news.
The good news is that there are forecasts telling us when is the best day for hanami. (But don't forget they're just forecasts.
And the bad news is that you have to wate untill March for that forecast

A lot depends on the unpredictable weather but in average year mid April is a good time.
