Need to go in Mar15:
Lake Toya to Rusutsu Resort
Resutsu Resort to Noboribetsu
How do I get there with transportation in this order? Still deciding whether to get a JR Pass.

what about transportation:
Rusutsu Resort to Lake Toya
Lake Toya to Noboribetsu
as I believe this is along the way rather than my 1st question.
Also are there timetables translated in English?
