May i know pre 2004 10,000 yen notes still legal tender in japan 2015?

Yes, all postwar 10,000 yen notes are still legal tender, however you may have trouble using particularly old notes in vending machines. You can exchange them at a bank if you are having trouble using them.

By silver marks, do you mean the holograms? Those without the holograms may not work in some vending machines.
