Please advise if the itinerary is doable 2015/1/13 13:02
Hi, it will be our first time in Japan. We will be arriving on March 28 until April 2 (afternoon flight). So I am wondering what clothes to wear as we lived in a place where the lowest temperature we experienced is 16 degrees. Is a normal sweater will do?

Here is our itinerary for the whole 5 days of our trip. Considering that I will be traveling with my parents and aunt (in their mid 50's):

DAY 1
Tokyo Sky Tree
Sensoji Temple
Nakamise Dori
Kaminamaron Gate
Sumida River Boat
Hama Rikyu
Aqua City & Decks
Pelette Town
Diver City
Rainbox Bridge

DAY 2
Meiji Shrine
Yoyogi Park
Takeshita-Dori
Harajuku
Omotesando
Nezu Museum
Shibuya Crossing
Hachiko
Roponggi Hills

DAY 3
Mt. Fuji
Hakone
*We will buy the Hakone Free pass

DAY 4
Shinjuku
Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building
Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden
Disney Sea (6PM)

DAY 5
Ueno
Toshogu Shrine
Bentendo Hall Temple
Ueno Zoo
Ameyoko Market
Akihabara
Ginza
Tokyo Tower

Any suggestion will greatly appreciated. We will only take trains for all the places and planning to purchase a PASMO card for convenience. Also please suggest a good place to eat.

Thank you.

Hello.
Nice plan, DAY5 looks a bit busy though.
PASMO/SUICA card is good.

About the lowest temperature, maybe around 10 C.

@ajapaneseboy

Thank you so much. As for Day 5 maybe we can skip Ueno Zoo and it is just basically a Cherry Blossom viewing and a little bit of shopping.
