7 Day Japan Itinerary - need advice

Hi all,
Need some advice/ideas/suggestions here.

I will be in Tokyo in March for 7 days.
We are travelling with 2 young children as well.

We are staying at Keio Plaza Hotel will be using 2 days to for Disneyland Sea and DisneyLand.

And one of the days we will be going to Ueno Park.

Can kindly advise me which place to go for the rest of the days?

Join the Keio Exec Club (or whatever it's called), and you get a discount/upgrade on your room, plus free breakfast and access to the club lounge (up on a high floor with good views).

You can do it all online in English, and it only takes a few days for the necessary emails to come through.

There's also a building within a block or two of the hotel (not the Met Govt building - I can't remember its name), which is very tall and has restaurants up at the top with good views.

Other than that.....it's Tokyo. You can pretty much do whatever you want to do, according to your interests.
