10 day visit and transport

Our visit is for 10 days. We are spending 3 days in Tokyo, 2 days in Hiroshima, 2 days in Kyoto and 3 days in Osaka. Since JR pass is only 7 or 14 days, what pass can we use if we want to visit shinjuku, shibuya, roponggi, tokyo tower. Would you suggest is already use the jr pass in Tokyo or start on the 4th day. Thanks.
