Hakone from Narita airport

Hello All, we are in the early stages of planning for our 8 night trip to Japan, we arrive into Narita airport at 7pm, is it possible and/or feasible to spend our first 2 nights in Hakone?

It is not easy. If you could get on the train at Narita station at 8:30pm, you will arrive at Hakone-yumoto station at 11pm. You couldn't see the nice view of Hakone, nor have the nice dinner.
I recommend you to stay 1st night at Shinjuku, and go to Hakone-yumoto in the next morning by Odakyu line. Or stay Shinagawa and go to Odawara by Shinkansen, then Hakone-yumoto.
