Yugigahara Park or Suzuran Park

Hi,
I am planning a trip in early June, and am arriving in Sapporo around 630am in the morning. I would like to spend no more than 4 hours in a park
Should I choose Yugigahara or Suzuran if i wish to look at different kinds of flowers?
