Hello,
I could like to ask is Nankai Shinimamiya Station and JR Shinimamiya Station are both same station that sharing the entrance exit to downtown? Because I can't find the entrance exit using goggle map only indicate JR 2 exit showing. If I am using Nankai airport express when I arriving on Nankai Shinmamiya Station then can I use JR exit instead of nankai? Since my hotel is more close using JR east exit . Thank you for advice.

you may not know that the Shin-Imamiya area is a slum in Osaka.
