Thrifting in Tokyo

Hi! I heard of some really cool thrift shops in Japan which are a great place to buy some extra clothes for cheap while on a visit! http://www.okoku.jp looks great but it seems like they're all quite far from Tokyo. Anyone know any good places for "thrift" rather than "vintage" clothes in Tokyo?

HardOff won't sell just clothes, but basically anything you can imagine.. From clothes to videogames to music instruments to.. uh.. porn.. It has lots of variety.. I also passed by some clothing stores in Harajuku which were pretty cheap. In Akihabara there's a sofmap that sells used electronics and cameras among other things.

off stores are a wide chain, off house sells house hold items including clothes and there's also mode off which sells high end clothing.
