11 day snow trip to Nagano

Can anyone recommend how to tackle this?
my current ideas were as follows, not sure if i'm trying to fit too much in? i will be carrying all my own equipment.
1. travel to hakuba, overnight in hakuba
2. snow at hakuba
3. daytrip to Matsumoto
4. snow at hakuba
5. travel to yamanouchi, overnight in yamanouchi
6. snow at shiga
7. snow monkeys and onsen towns
8. snow at shiga
9. explore togakushi, overnight in nagano
10. travel to tokyo, overnight in tokyo
11. explore tokyo, midnight flight
