Heso Matsuri dates

Hi,

Can I know of the dates of Furano's Heso Matsuri 2015? Is it fixed on 28 and 29th July or that it changes?

Web history[ヒストリー] pages said fes date fixed 28 and 29 July from 3rd
but don't know this rule no change or not next summer 47th[第47回].

And Fes name is not "Furano" heso matsuri
"Hokkai[北海]" heso[へそ] matsuri[祭り] (in Furano[富良野] town).

Has anyone taken part in this festival? Would the events for both night be the same or different? I am torn with my itinerary and unsure if I should skip either night.
