Hi, I would like to know any cake shop that delivers in Shinigawa, Tokyo area. It's almost valentines and I would like to surprise my man with a cake delivery since I'm not in Japan. Thank you in advance!

Frozen cakes can be ordered and delivered by courier. Defrost in fridge. Fresh cakes are unable to delivered by courier. It will break easily.

If you're a man it's okay, but if you're a woman you might wait until March 14th for White Day. (Valentine's Day in Japan is traditionally a day for women to give chocolates to men, and a month later men give white cookies or other white things to women.)
Also it's "Shinagawa." "Shinigawa" means "river of death," which doesn't sound very good.
