Visiting Kawachi Fuji Garden 2015/2/2 13:29
We are planning to visit around the 1st - 2nd week of April 2015. I know it is too early for seeing the famous Wisteria Flower? Are there any flowers blooming at that time?

The first week of April is normally the prime time to see the cherry blossoms. But you'd be too early for the wisteria. They bloom mostly from the end of April through the start of May.
So take your pick. If your heart is set on seeing the wisteria, you'd better go to Japan later. Given the trouble it takes to get to Kawachi, it probably is not worth going to if you can't change your schedule. There are numerous botanical gardens you can see with lots of flowers blooming though, cherry blossoms and otherwise.
