Odakyu Romance car booking n English

I have read the guide to booking the romance car and today I tried a trial browse but soon found that there were options to select not in english. Am I missing perhaps an option for the website to display in english? I won't be making a booking yet as I understand they open a month out. However my dates are in the busy period in late April so I want to be sure I know what I am doing beforehand. If anyone could help I would appreciate it. I obviously cannot read Japanese!
