I would like booking tee time at Karuizawa 72 Golf for my trip at Karuizawa in June. I can't find any English webiste, please advise and help

There is no English booking site for golf, and the course and hotel don't open their mail address too. I found a web form for an inquiry, but they are written only in Japanese. This is their Facebook page. You can directly send a message to the staff from here. https://www.facebook.com/karuizawa72
