Late bus from to Shiga Kogen

Hi friends, I'm traveling to Japan in late February and arriving on a Thursday. I'm snowboarding in Shiga Kogen. I'm arriving in Narita airport at 3:00 PM. I've listed out two options:

1. Take direct shuttle bus from Narita to Shiga Kogen (I cannot make the time unless take the 8:00 PM bus which will get to ski resort at 1 AM, not preferred)
2. Take shinkansen from Tokyo station to Nagano station, then take Express bus from Nagano stn to Shiga Kogen. But the last bus leaves at 5:40 PM. So I cannot make this transfer.

Is there a bus option which will take me from Nagano station to Shiga Kogen around 7 or 8 PM??

On Fridays only, there is a bus that departs Nagano Station at 21:00 for Shiga Kogen:

The last buses from Yudanaka to Shiga Kogen also depart before 7pm, so that would not be an option:

A taxi ride from Yudanaka Station to the central area of Shiga Kogen costs a a little above 5000 yen, I believe. If you go into less central areas, the cost will further increase.
