Using the Fukuoka City Tourist Pass

I read that the Fukuoka City Tourist Pass can be used for Subway, JR Kyushu Railway, Nishitetsu Bus and Trains and Showa Bus.
I would like to confirm if I could use the pass to travel to Sasebo, since the name of the pass is "Fukuoka City Tourist Pass"
