Hi, would be travelling with 2 children and my husband from Kawaguchiko to Gora in March. What is the best way to travel and is the fare included in Hakone Free Pass? Do you have the bus schedule for Kawaguchiko to Gora and Gotemba outlet to Gora.

From the Gotemba Premium Outlet to Gora, the one way fare is 990 yen.

From Gotemba Station, there are no direct buses. Instead, you should take the Odakyu Highway Bus from Gotemba Station to Hakone-Sengoku (710 yen) and then a Hakone Tozan Bus to Gora Station (420 yen).

To be honest, the above is not quite true. On weekdays there are actually four buses per day from Gotemba Station to Gora. On weekends just one per day. Here are the departure times of these elusive bus connections:

Connections between the station and Gora via Sengoku (as explained in my previous post) are approximately twice per hour. They are fully covered by the Hakone Free Pass and Fuji Hakone Pass.

Free shuttle buses between Gotemba Station and the outlets operate every 20 minutes.

sorry for the mistake, i'm looking from the hakone free pass pamflet that i have, it's says there is a G line tozan bus from Gora to Gotemba station, but there is no schedule of the bus. thx for the correction
