We are planing the following trip:
Day1: landing narita-Tokyo
Day2-5:Tokyo + nikko+ kamakura
Day6-7:hakone
Day8-9:Hiroshima
Day10-13-Kyoto +Nara
Day14:Osaka
Should we use the JR pass?

A 7-day pass will cost about the same as regular tickets for the long-distance trips (Hakone-Hiroshima and Hiroshima-Kyoto). If you add some minor JR train rides, it will probably pay off. A 14-day pass will not pay off.
