travel from ofuna to fuji hakone areas

Two persons:
- travel from Ofuna on 19/4 late afternoon to Hakone (2 nights in Hakone)
- Leave Hakone on 21/4 for Fujigoko. (2 nights in Fujigoko)
- Leave Fujugoko on 23/4 morning for Matsumoto.

Please advise if any suitable pass available for convenience and money cum time saving.

Ofuna Station from Hakone
Ofuna Station-Odawara Station 670 yen in the JR Tokaido Line
You take the Hakone Tozan Railway or bus from Odawara Station.
The Hakone Tozan platform, it can go from the ticket gate of the Odakyu line.
This it is possible to examine the train.

Fujigoko from Hakone
Go by bus to Gotemba Station, you can ride from the bus terminal opposite side of Hakone.

I am keen on 3 days Fuji hakone pass but it is obtainable from Shinjuku only. I suppose I can get 2days hakone pass from odawara and 2 days fujisan fujigoko passport. But the total costs will be quite high. Besides the passes will likely be under utilised.
Wonder if there are other options.
